Ocugine collects user data to make our services more convenient. Thanks to this, we not only determine the language in which you set the request, but also solve more complex tasks, for example, automatically select useful ads, and also help us to find contacts of friends and acquaintances on the Internet. The type of data we collect depends on how you use our products and what privacy settings are set in your account.

If you have not logged in to your Ocugine account, we register information that we collect using unique identifiers associated with browsers, applications, and devices. This allows us to memorize your settings and other data so that you do not have to enter them again during a new session.

If you are logged in, we collect and store information in your Ocugine account that we process as personal data.

Content you create or provide to us 

By creating an Ocugine account, you provide us with personal information, including your username and password. You can also provide a phone number or billing information. Even if you are not logged in, you can optionally give us some information about yourself, such as an email address, in order to receive news from our services.

We also collect content that you create, download, or receive from other users when using our products.

Information we collect when you use our services 

Applications, browsers and devices 

We register information about the applications, browsers and devices that you use to access Ocugine services. It provides features such as automatic application updates.

Among other things, we collect unique identifiers, as well as data such as the type and settings of the browser and device, the operating system, the mobile network (including the operator’s name and phone number) and the version number of the application. We also register information about the interaction of your applications, browsers and devices with our services, including the IP address, crash reports, information about actions in the system, the date and time when you visited our resource, and the URL from which you it was passed (transition URL).

We receive this data when Ocugine's product from your device contacts our servers, for example, when installing an application from the Play Store or checking for updates. Android devices with applications that use Ocugine services in their work periodically communicate with Ocugine servers and transmit data about their status and connection to our services. Such data include, in particular, the type of device, the name of the mobile operator, crash reports and a list of installed applications.

Your actions 

We collect information about what actions you perform in the services Ocugine. It provides various useful functions, such as personal marketing offers or achievements in games. Such information includes:

  • Your actions within the application / game;
  • Messages sent to users;
  • Views and interactions with content and ads;
  • Purchases;
  • Users with whom you communicate or exchange content;
  • Your actions on third-party sites and third-party applications that use the services Ocugine;
  • If you use applications with Ocugine services to make and receive calls or send and receive messages, we can collect data on calls, including phone numbers for incoming, outgoing and forwarded calls, date and time of calls and messages, duration and type of calls as well as call routing.

Your location

For example, we can send alerts about suspicious attempts to log into accounts from new devices and changes in our products. And when you contact Ocugine, your messages are saved so that we can solve the problem faster.

User data provides security to Ocugine, users and others.

Since our servers are located in different regions around the world, information of a particular user may not be processed in the country where he lives. Regardless of where your data is processed, Ocugine uses the same security measures described in this Privacy Policy. We periodically make changes to the Privacy Policy, but do not intend in the future to limit the rights of users described in this Policy without their explicit consent.
